Conference registration includes access to the welcome reception, conference sessions, all daytime meals and breaks, and the Awards Gala. 

Yes, guest tickets are available at an additional cost. For guest tickets, you will have the option of Conference + Gala, or Gala only tickets. Conference + Gala tickets include access to conference meals as well as the Gala dinner. These tickets can be added upon registration.

Yes! If you are not a member of FMWC, you can select the option to register as a member AND register for the conference at the same time.

Please note that this is for FMWC Membership. 

A confirmation email will be sent to you through the email address you used to register for the event. Please check your junk/spam/promotion folders, as they can be filtered into these folders. If required, ensure your hotel accommodation is secured well ahead of time.  

As we approach the conference, additional information and instructions will be sent to you. In the meantime, refer to the conference website here for more information and regular updates, and spread the word about the 2026 FMWC AGM & Conference to your colleagues! 

A discounted conference rate has been secured at the Westin Edmonton; however, delegates are responsible for booking their own rooms. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  

A booking link will be provided in the confirmation email once you have completed your registration. 

We accept major credit cards Visa and Mastercard; we do not accept AMEX. E-transfers and e-payment sites like PayPal are not available. Payment must be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

If you need to cancel your registration, please inform us at fmwc@buksa.com as soon as possible. There will be no refunds provided for cancellations at any time. For exceptional circumstances to be considered, please contact us at fmwc@buksa.com.

Valet parking is available at a daily rate of $50 per vehicle. Self-parking is available at nearby Impark surface and underground lots for $30-$38 per night.
