Labour/Material Handling
The show services provider for this year's conference will be Central Display. More details such as your contact at Central Display and any order forms will be provided in your Exhibitor Kit. Exhibitor kits will be communicated to registered exhibitors by email soon.
Audio Visual
AV will be provided by Encore Canada. You can find the exhibitor AV order form here. For all audio/visual needs, please contact Jason Jacques at jason.jaques@encoreglobal.com.
Electrical & Furniture
All electrical and furniture is provided by the venue, RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg. To order, please access their online order page here where you can access and submit your order form.
All booths for the 2025 conference will be 10'x10' and will come with a table and 2 chairs.
Booths will be assigned based on the following criteria:
1. Corporate Members of IPAC Canada (according to 2024-2025 membership level)
2. Conference Sponsors (according to sponsorship level)
3. Previous IPAC Canada Exhibitors
4. Application Submission Date
