Labour/Material Handling

The show services provider for this year's conference will be Central Display. Exhibitor kits have been communicated to registered exhibitors by email, and can also be accessed here. If you have any questions about show services, please contact Terri at info@centraldisplay.ca or 204-237-3367

 

Audio Visual

AV will be provided by Encore Canada.  You can find the exhibitor AV order form here. For all audio/visual needs for your booth, please contact Jason Jacques at jason.jaques@encoreglobal.com.

 

Electrical

All electrical  is provided by the venue, RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg. To order, please access their online order page here where you can access and submit your order form.

Booth allocation is currently underway. Booth allocations will be communicated directly to exhibitors and sponsors when completed. 

MOVE-IN

Sunday, June 1: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

*all booths must be set-up and ready to go by 4:00pm 

 

SHOW HOURS

Sunday, June 1: 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM (Opening Reception)
Monday, June 2: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Tuesday, June 3: 12:15 PM - 3:00 PM

 

TEAR-DOWN

Tuesday, June 3: 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM

*all booth materials are to be left at your booth for collection, not the loading dock

The exhibit hall is located in Hall C of the RBC Convention Centre, South Building, Third Floor.

 

If you are coming from the Delta Marriott by pedway, continue through the second floor of the north building across the pedway to the second floor of the south building, then go up one level to the third floor. 

If you are entering the north building from the main/street level, take the elevator or escalators up to the second floor, cross the pedway into the south building second floor, then go one level up to the third floor.

If you are entering the south building from the main/street level, take the elevators or escalators up to the third floor. 

All booths for the 2025 conference will be 10'x10' and will come with a table and 2 chairs.

 

Booths will be assigned based on the following criteria:

1. Corporate Members of IPAC Canada (according to 2024-2025 membership level) 
2. Conference Sponsors (according to sponsorship level) 
3. Previous IPAC Canada Exhibitors 
4. Application Submission Date 

You can view the floorplan here.  Please note that the floorplan is subject to change. 

Yes, however, exhibitors can attend sessions on the days of the exhibit only. This includes pre-conference Sunday June 1, Monday June 2, and Tuesday June 3. Exhibitors have the option of adding Wednesday June 4 and the post-conference session at an additional cost during registration.
