How do I know what type of Registration to choose?
- If you are an ISCA member, you qualify for membership pricing. Proof of ISCA Membership must be provided at time of registering by uploading a copy of your membership payment invoice.
- If you are currently a student, you qualify for Student pricing. A copy of your student ID must be uploaded at time of registration.

What is included with a Full Conference registration type?
Conference registration includes access to all plenary conference sessions. Lunch and break refreshments are included on conference days. Conference programming is still in progress. Check back on the program page often for updates.
What is included in the Pre-Conference Workshop?
The one and half day workshop includes breakfast, lunch and break refreshments on day 1, and breakfast and break refreshments on day 2.
The full-day pre-conference workshop includes breakfast, lunch and break refreshments.
The half-day pre-conference workshops includes break refreshments.
I just registered, now what do I do now?
A confirmation email will be sent to you at the email you used to register and any secondary emails you included in the registration. Please check your junk/spam/promotion folders, as they can be filtered there.
Additional information will be sent closer to the conference. In the meantime, help us spread the word about ICCA 2026 to your network!
I just registered, where can I find my receipt?
Receipts can be found on the Confirmation page of the registration. Click here to access the confirmation page. Please note, this will require you to sign in. If you have not successfully registered, you will not be able to access this page.
What is the Conference Dinner?
Join fellow ICCA 2026 attendees on Saturday June 27 at the famous Fairmont Hotel Macdonald for an evening of excellent food and great conversation. Tickets are an additional fee. Seats are limited and subject to early bird pricing.
Can I cancel my Conference Dinner ticket?
To cancel your dinner ticket only, notice of cancelation must be made in writing to the ICCA 26 Conference Secretariat at ICCA@buksa.com on or before April 24th, 2026. Cancelation requests received after that date will not receive a refund, but are transferable to another paid delegate.
I can no longer attend the conference, can I cancel?
To cancel your registration, notice of cancellation must be made in writing to the ICCA 26 Conference Secretariat at ICCA@buksa.com on or before April 24, 2026. Refund amount will be the fees paid minus applicable cancellation fees, in Canadian Dollars.
- Cancellations are subject to a $160 cancellation fee.
- Conference dinner will automatically be cancelled upon full conference cancellation request.
- Any Cancellations received after April 24, 2026 will not be refunded.
- You are responsible for cancelling your own accommodations.
Can I make a substitution?
Yes! To make a substitution, notice of substitution must be made in writing to the ICCA 26 Conference Secretariat at ICCA@buksa.com on or before Friday April 24th, 2026.
- Substitutions will transfer all Conference tickets purchased (pre-conference workshop, main conference, conference dinner).
- You may transfer you dinner ticket only.
- You are responsible for communicating with the hotel to make changes to your reservation.
When does registration close?
Registration will close on Tuesday June 16, 2026, or until tickets are sold out, whichever comes first. If you would like to register after June 16, please email icca@buksa.com to see if we can accommodate your registration.
I need to make a change to my registration, is this possible?
Yes! If you need to make a change to your registration, click here to log into the registration platform and make changes required. Some changes may not be possible due to fees or charges associated with them. In those cases, please email icca@buksa.com with all information regarding the change you need to make.
How come some prices include tax and other don't?
It is not standard practice in Canada to include tax or fees to listed price. Conference prices ARE inclusive of tax and fees, however some external prices listed are exclusive of taxes or fees. All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa or Mastercard. E-transfers and e-payment sites like PayPal are not available. Payment must be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If you are having trouble making a payment, please contact ICCA@buksa.com.
When is the early bird registration deadline?
Early bird pricing is available until February 13, 2026 for both Conference and Dinner tickets.
I am an international attendee, what do I need to gain entry into Canada?
Please check with your respective country as to the requirements on travel to Canada. For most travellers, Canada requires that your passport be valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay. If your passport expires sooner than that, you may be denied entry or boarding. The six-month rule does not apply to US citizens. Additional information can be found on the Government of Canada website
I am an international attendee and need a visa to attend, how do I get one?
If you require a visa to attend the conference, please indicate this on the registration form. Once the form is submitted and payment is received, our team will prepare a visa support letter and send it to you directly.
How do I book a hotel room?
ICCA 26 has secured discounted room rates at the Campus Tower Hotel and Lister Centre; however, conference attendees are responsible for booking their own rooms. Discounted rates are available until May 22, 2026, and rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
A booking link will be provided in the confirmation email sent to you upon the completion of your registration.
Are there airline discounts available?
The ICCA 2026 Conference Committee has secured exclusive discounts and benefits with Air Canada, WestJet, Air France, KLM, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Eurowings, Lufthansa and Swiss Air, and are actively seeking more partners.
