What do I get with a full conference registration?

How do I know what registration type I fit into?
- Trainees: includes medical students, residents, and fellows training in family medicine.
- Nurse: includes nurses and nurse practitioners.
- Physician: includes directors and physicians practicing family medicine or physicians who have interest in GI.

I just registered, what do I do now?
A confirmation email will be sent to you at the email you used to register. Please check your junk/spam/promotion folders, as it can be filtered into there.
Closer to the conference, additional information will be sent to you. In the meantime, spread the word about GI for GPs to your colleagues!

How much does registration cost?
The registration fee tables are available at the top of the registration page. Check prices here.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). E-transfers and e-payment sites like PayPal are not available. Payment must be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD). All fees are subject to 5% GST.

When is the Early Bird registration deadline?
Early Bird pricing closes on May 5, 2025 at 11:59pm.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to the GI for GPs Conference Secretariat at giforgps@buksa.com on or before June 14, 2025 in order to receive a refund.
A $100.00 (plus GST) cancellation fee will apply to all registrant types.
Any cancellations made after June 14, 2025 will not be refunded.
How much is parking at the Holiday Inn Conference Centre Edmonton South?
Parking is complimentary.
