What do I get with a full conference registration?
Conference registration includes access to all conference sessions and workshops, breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks. Visit the program here to learn more.
How do I know what registration type I fit into?
- Physician: includes directors and physicians practicing family medicine or physicians who have interest in GI.
- Nurse: includes nurses and nurse practitioners.
- Trainees: includes medical students, residents, and fellows training in family medicine.

I just registered, what do I do now?
A confirmation email will be sent to you at the email you used to register. Please check your junk/spam/promotion folders, as it can be filtered into there.
Closer to the conference, additional information will be sent to you. In the meantime, spread the word about GI for GPs to your colleagues!
I'm not receiving any communications, what is wrong?
All conference communication will be sent from giforgps@buksa.com. Please check your junk / spam folder and ensure to add giforgps@buksa.com. address to your safe sender list.

When is the Early Bird registration deadline?
Early Bird pricing closes on March 6, 2026 at 11:59pm.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. All fees are subject to 5% GST.

What if I need to cancel my registration?
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to the GI for GPs Conference Secretariat at giforgps@buksa.com on or before March 27, 2026 in order to receive a refund.
A $100.00 (plus GST) cancellation fee will apply to all registrant types.
Any cancellations made after March 27, 2026 will not be refunded.
How much is parking at the Double Tree by Hilton West?
Parking is complimentary. There is ample surface level parking at the venue.
