There is ample handicapped parking located near the doors to the Edmonton Expo Centre, multiple accessible washrooms, and the summit is located on the main floor. 

Considerations have been made to ensure that there will be ample seating for delegates with mobility aids. 

If you need considerations, be sure to indicate accessibility requirements on your registration. 

Full Registration includes access to full summit programming (Pre-Conference workshop, Summit sessions & Networking event), meals during conference hours, and venue parking for both days.

Student Registration includes Summit sessions, breakfast & lunch on April 28th and parking on April 28th.

Pre-Conference Workshop registration includes parking on April 27th, coffee & tea on arrival & Lunch. 

We accept Visa & Mastercard. E-transfers, and payment sites like PayPal are not available.

Payment must be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD). 

GST is included in ticket pricing.

For changes to items like your personal information, you can log back into your profile using this link until April 20, 2026.

If you have any questions, need help making changes, or need to make changes after April 20, 2026, please contact covenantsummit@buksa.com.

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to the event organizers at covenantsummit@buksa.com on or before February 20, 2026 in order to receive a refund. 

• A $75 (plus GST) cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations
• Any cancellations made after February 20, 2026 will not be refunded
• No refunds will be issued for Workshop or Networking tickets

A request to transfer a ticket must be made in writing to the event organizers at covenantsummit@buksa.com before February 20, 2026. 

A confirmation email will be sent to you. Please check your junk/spam/promotions folders, as it may have been filtered into there.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, please add covenantsummit@buksa.com to your safe sender list.

Closer to the summit, additional information will be sent to the email address you used to register.
