The Congress exhibit is a tabletop display in the hotel's meeting space, so there is no separate show kit or general service contractor. All move-in, service and shipping details are listed on this page.

Shipping and Material Handling
The hotel does not charge handling fees. Exhibit materials are shipped directly to the hotel. Because hotel storage is limited, shipments must not arrive more than three days before the event (no earlier than Monday, November 2, 2026).

Shipments from outside Canada must clear customs before arrival, with all brokerage fees, duties and taxes prepaid.
Delivery to Your Table
Hotel banquet staff will bring your shipment to the Exhibit Hall as the meeting rooms become available.
Return Shipping
- The hotel does not store shipments after the event.
- Please arrange your courier pickup in advance and leave your completed waybill with the banquet manager on duty.
- Any shipment left behind will be placed on the receiving dock until it is picked up.
Loading Dock
- The loading dock is on the west side of the hotel, marked "Service Entrance."
- Please use the loading dock to unload at move-in and to load out at move-out.
- There are no set hours and no booking is required. Access is first come, first served.
Exhibitor Registration
All exhibit staff must be registered. Please use the registration link for your sponsorship level, which was included in your sponsorship benefits email. If you need the link again, contact the Congress Secretariat.
Accommodation and Parking
- A group rate of $229 per night is available at the Toronto Airport Marriott, subject to availability. Book through the group booking link or call 1-800-905-2811 and reference the Hypertension Congress.
- Discounted self-parking is $10 per vehicle, per day over the Congress dates, subject to availability.
- The parking height limit is 6 feet. Larger vans and vehicles will not fit.
- The closest alternate parking is Park'N Fly. Parking and payment there are arranged on your own.
