How much does registration cost?

The cost of tickets varies depending on your registration type. Please refer to the details below:

Early Bird Rates (Until February 28, 2025)

  • MDs: $350.00
  • RNs: $50.00
  • 1-Day Registration - MD: $250.00

Regular Rates (After February 28, 2025)

  • MDs: $425.00
  • RNs: $75.00
  • 1-Day Registration - MD: $325.00

Note that all fees are subject to GST.


What is the Early Bird registration deadline?

Early bird pricing closes on February 28, 2025, at 11:55 PM.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). E-transfers and e-payment sites like PayPal are not available. Payment must be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD). All fees are subject to GST.

What if I need to cancel my registration?

Refund Policy

Please review our refund policy carefully to understand the terms under which refunds are processed:

  1. Standard Refund Policy:
    • Full Refunds: Registrants are eligible for a full refund if a cancellation request is received within 30 days of purchase, provided this falls more than 30 days before the event start date.
    • Partial Refunds:
      • 50% Refund: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event start date will receive a 50% refund.
      • 25% Refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event start date are eligible for a 25% refund.
      • No Refunds: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event start date are not eligible for a refund.
    • Processing Timeline: Refunds are processed within 30 business days of receiving the request and confirmation.
    Note: Refund requests submitted due to unforeseen emergencies (e.g., medical issues) may be considered at the event team’s discretion.

Will I get a room at the Alt Hotel?

The CCPS Conference Secretariat has secured discounted room rates at the Alt Hotel located at 482 McLaurin St NW, Calgary, AB T3B 6K3, starting at $155. However, delegates are responsible for booking their own rooms. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

A booking link will be provided in the confirmation email once you complete your registration.
