Randy serves as the Intake and Resolution Manager for the Professional Conduct Department (PCD) at the College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta (CDSA). In this capacity, the Intake and Resolution Unit, overseen by Randy, is tasked with receiving and addressing all inquiries, concerns, and complaints pertaining to registered dentists in Alberta. Since joining the CDSA in January 2022, Randy has spearheaded the establishment of a new team with a vision centered on enhancing service for both complainants and dentists. A primary focus has been placed on expeditiously resolving concerns and complaints.

The insights gleaned from this analytical data will inform strategic decisions aimed at mitigating future complaints.

Before assuming this position, Randy dedicated over thirty years to various roles within the EPS, predominantly in forensics. His experience encompassed roles as a crime scene investigator, bloodstain expert, supervisor, and ultimately, manager of the Forensic Identification Service Section.
