Jeremiah Bell’s work at the School of Linguistics and Language Studies at Carleton University examines how the training of frontline communication shapes paramedic decision-making in real-world settings. Within the Canadian Armed Forces, Jeremiah is a trained Psychological Operations (PSYOPS) Tactical Operator and Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC) Operator, and previously served as an Influence Activities Support Element Commander. He currently serves as a Health Services Management Officer at the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel with Canadian Forces Health Services. His work bridges operational experience and research, studying the dynamics of decision-making under pressure with lessons applicable to high-stakes health communication.
