Over the last decade, Devin has been the President of Affordable360, a social enterprise firm focused on driving technology to deliver affordable housing over the last decade. He also has 15 years of experience in public policy and housing development, ranging from aggregate pits, biodiversity offsets, source water protection, to land development and planning analysis at Arup, the Australian Department of Natural Resources, and Ontario Natural Resources and Environment. Affordable360 hit a milestone of supporting 50 organizations and 4,500 units through the pre-development process using new AI and technology to accelerate early-stage housing development. Its non-profit Affordable360 program focuses on delivering pre-feasibility tools and education to help streamline affordable housing through federal and provincial housing programs.
