Matt has worked in residential development in Calgary for nearly the past 20 years beginning his career leading condo conversion projects in the early 2000s for local developers. Following this work, Matt acted as Director of Acquisitions & Development for HomeSpace, a non-profit real estate development company completing projects ranging from office to residential conversion, mid-rise concrete, stacked townhome and a multitude of 4 storey assisted living developments. Now at ATCO Land & Development, Matt's current role is Director of Residential Development focused on launching and standing up ATCO's new modular residential brand and business, Viva Homes.
