Exhibit hours are as follows: 

• Thursday, June 20, 2024: Welcome Reception 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM 

• Friday, June 21, 2024: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

• Saturday, June 22, 2024: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM 

The show dates are June 20 – 22, 2024 

• A pipe and drape 8-foot back wall and 3-foot side wall of drape  

• Overnight security in the exhibit area  

• Daily cleaning of common areas and aisles  

• Company listing and contact information in final program  

• Company listing on ADTS Website 

• Company listing and location on ADTS App 

• One table and two chairs

Power is included with your booth

The fees are listed below. 

• 10’ x 10’ Booth – $2,000-2,500 +GST  

• 10’ x 20’ Booth – $3,000-3,500 +GST  

• 20’ x 20’ Booth – $5,000 +GST 

The ADA Summit Team will be utilizing various communication methods which include, but are not limited to, the Alberta Dental Association website, social media platforms, the conference app, as well as onsite signage.
