- Registration fees must be paid in full before a visa letter is issued and/or admission to the Forum.

All registration fees must be paid in USD.

Credit card payment must be made in USD by VISA or Mastercard.

A confirmation email detailing your registration will be sent to you upon completion of this online registration form. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact col@buksa.com

All rates are subject to availability.

Registrations are non-transferable. Only the individual whose name appears on the registration form will be allowed to attend.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation for in-person registrations will be accepted by email to COL@buksa.com
- Prior to 1 August 2025 a $100 USD cancellation fee will be deducted from the paid registration fee.
- Between 1- 25 August 2025 a cancellation fee of 50% of paid registration will be charged.
- After 25 August 2025 no refunds will be issued.
- Note that refunds will not be released to registrants until the event has concluded, regardless of ticket type/when you purchased your ticket.
Cancellation for the virtual experience and the reduced rate for youth registration will be accepted. Please contact the conference secretariat by email COL@buksa.com
- Prior to 10 September 2025 a $75 USD cancellation fee will be deducted from the paid registration fee.
- After 10 September 2025 no refunds will be issued.
By purchasing tickets and/or attending this event, registrants accept these terms and conditions.
