Tricia is the Executive Director of Radius Community Health and Healing (formerly Boyle McCauley Health Centre) in Edmonton. She has been serving the community in health and leadership for 30 years, in Canada and around the world. As a 20-year veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), Tricia served as a nursing officer in primary care, operating rooms, trauma bays and leadership roles in Edmonton, Halifax, Petawawa, Eritrea, Germany and Afghanistan. After her retirement from the CAF in 2012, Tricia worked with the Alberta Government in Health and Human Services before taking on the role of ED of Radius in December 2020. Tricia has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Saskatchewan and a Master of Nursing in Leadership from the University of Alberta.
