Bo has been in the land development and infrastructure delivery sector of the Greater Calgary region for over 25 years through a diverse career encompassing private and public sectors; small business and large corporations; private firms and public traded enterprises. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Alberta with a Master of Laws in Energy & Infrastructure Law from Osgood Hall Law school. Currently acting as the President and CEO at Calgary Housing, an organization providing safe and affordable housing to 27,000+ Calgarians every day spanning across $2B+ of housing assets under management. Calgary Housing is scaling affordable housing development on behalf of the City of Calgary with over 800 units under development and a real estate pipeline plan to serve up to 40,000 Calgarians by 2035 by delivering quality, sustainable, mixed-income affordable housing.
