Dr. Adil Kodian is Executive Vice President at Rohit and a board director across several housing and public-policy organizations. With more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning real estate and technology, and over a decade of fiduciary board service, he operates at the intersection of real estate development, housing policy, governance, and financial stewardship. At Rohit Group, he helps lead one of Canada’s largest integrated real estate development platforms, overseeing more than $1.2B in assets and over $500M in annual revenue, and supporting the delivery of approximately 1,500 homes annually across multiple Canadian markets. His work includes advancing housing supply through complex zoning, land use planning, and regulatory processes, while sustaining strong financial performance and long-term organizational resilience. He serves as Director and Audit Committee Member at CIVIDA, supporting oversight of an organization that provides homes to more than 16,000 vulnerable non-market tenants in Edmonton, and chairs the Development Committee at Attainable Homes Calgary. He holds a Ph.D. and Bachelors in Engineering, an MBA, the ICD.D designation from the Rotman School of Management, and is an alumnus of Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design's AMDP. He brings a systems-oriented expert perspective grounded in engineering, business, and governance, with a focus on scalable, financially sustainable, and climate-resilient affordable housing solutions.
