14 years of elected public service at Edmonton City Hall and founder of Civic Good, providing strategic advice on climate resilience, housing affordability, and adaptive governance. Serves half-time with The Co-operators as Executive Advisor to their Resilience Acceleration Lab, developing and investing in climate adaptation and resilient infrastructure projects across Canada. As Principal of Civic Good, advises governments, NGOs, and startups across areas including cleantech and modular housing, and serves on several boards, including Chair of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.
