Attendees will be divided randomly into workshop groups before each workshop session.

Learning Objectives:

• By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to confidently diagnose IBS using a positive, symptom-based approach while identifying alarm features that require further investigation.
• By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to appropriately order and interpret investigations for chronic diarrhea, including fecal calprotectin, to rule out inflammatory bowel disease.
• By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to initiate  management of diarrhea-predominant IBS, emphasizing reassurance, shared decision-making, and evidence-based treatments.
