Ashley joined the Alberta Blue Cross team in January 2018 as a front line agent in the Dental Provider Relations Contact Centre. In 2020 she transitioned to a senior role within the team. In March of 2022 she was promoted to team manager of the Dental Provider Relations Contact Centre and has been fortunate to be able to support our providers on the front line while continuing to guide her team in supporting our valued providers.
