After completing her Dental Assisting RDA II Certificate at NAIT in 2002 and working in a clinic setting for one year, Cyndi found her strength in claims and insurance. In 2003, Cyndi joined Alberta Blue Cross as a Dental Call Centre claims representative. During her time at Alberta Blue Cross, she was promoted to team lead and then team manager in 2007. Over the years, Cyndi has been a team manager of the Dental Call Center, Dental Operations, Dental Professional Review and now the team manager of Dental Provider Services, claims and review team.
